These terms govern your use of Tavomail — the email hosting service, webmail, and mobile applications provided at tavomail.com and mail.tavomail.com (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these terms.
Tavomail provides email hosting on domains you own, including sending, receiving, storage, webmail, mobile apps, and related features. You are responsible for keeping control of your domain at your registrar; email on your domain depends on the DNS records you configure.
You agree not to use the Service to:
We may rate-limit, suspend, or terminate accounts that endanger the platform or its users. Where reasonable, we'll warn you first.
During early access the Service is provided free of charge. When paid plans launch, early-access users will be offered preferential pricing and clear notice before any charge applies. We may adjust limits (storage, mailboxes, sending volume) to keep the platform healthy.
Your mail belongs to you. Our handling of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy. You can export your mail at any time; on account closure we delete your data as described there.
We aim for high availability and take backups, monitoring, and security seriously, but the Service is provided "as is" without warranties of uninterrupted operation. Planned maintenance is announced when it may be noticeable.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising out of the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim (or, during early access, a nominal amount). We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for loss caused by events outside our reasonable control.
You may close your account at any time. We may terminate or suspend the Service for material breach of these terms, legal necessity, or discontinuation of the Service — with reasonable notice and time to export your data whenever possible.
We may update these terms; material changes will be notified by email in advance. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
